Magnificent antique sterling silver, hallmarked coin purse
by silversmith, William Hair Haseler, created in Birmingham, England in
1909. The case is engraved "Votes
for Women" and "Fight the Good Fight" on one side and 1909 on
the verso. Hallmarks which identify it
as being made Birmingham England (Anchor), WHH for the Maker's Mark and the
date of "k" agrees to the date of 1909 incised on the verso. Inside, are royal blue silk pockets. Measures
3 x 2.75". Has a few dings as shown
in the images. We had difficulty
photographing this item because of the glare and reflection in the silver.
