This is a brand new Toto automatic soap dispenser, because they are different models and components on these model i decided to open the box, as seen in pictures I took picture before and after opening g the box.

Im glad I opened the box because i was able to take pictures of the contents and I'm able to confirm tha this is the AC power model ( not the battery operated model) even that the manual says that batteries and box are included, that is for the other model, this one comes with an electric power supply that you have to connect to an electric outlet.
