Feedback

We want to ensure we are providing excellent customer service at all times, therefore, feedback is crucial to our business. If you do experience any problems, can you kindly contact us before leaving feedback to allow us the opportunity to help resolve any issues. 

Best Offers

We are happy to accept reasonable offers on our inventory, and we may counter offer. However, we aim to price our products competitively and include the cost of postage for every single order.

Item Condition

The stock we receive is a mix of perfect/brand new, new customer returns, inventory with minor defects, missing parts, or damaged outer packaging. We rigorously inspect and make every effort to be clear on condition and quality of the item, drawing attention to any defects with our descriptions & images.

Where possible, the description has been taken from the original sale supplier. Due to the nature of our business, the stock which we sell is not covered by its original manufacturers warranty as it has been obtained through a charity. 

VAT Invoices

The VAT on sales on donated goods purchased from a charity is zero-rated.

VAT is only payable on a small percentage of our inventory which has been bought in for the purpose of resale.

We can provide invoices with the VAT separately displayed upon request. However, this will show as £0.00 on the sale of donated items and businesses will be unable to reclaim anything back from HM Revenue & Customs. 

Returns

We pride ourselves on customer satisfaction, if you are not 100% happy with your purchase, we will accept returns up to 30 days after purchase. In some cases, returns will be payable by the buyer. Please contact us for help or open a return via the eBay returns centre if you would like to return your item.  

Refunds

 If your item is visibly damaged in transit, please contact our customer service team for further guidance on how to obtain a refund. 

After following the returns process, a refund will be processed via eBay within 2 working days. 

Dispatch Time

We aim to dispatch within one working day upon receipt of payment.

Shipping

Our items are dispatched using Royal Mail Tracked 48. Orders over £300 will be sent using a Special Delivery service with Royal Mail.

Any orders to Scottish Highlands & Islands, Isle of Wight and some parts of Northern Ireland are not covered by this service and will be sent using a 3-5 working day courier.

International Shipping

We are pleased to be able to accept international orders through eBay's Global Shipping Programme. Please be aware that delivery will take longer and incurs an additional cost. For further information, you can contact eBay's dedicated customer service team.
