A striking antique Art Deco platinum diamond ring dating from approximately the 1920s–1930s, featuring a geometric pierced and filigree-style design set with a central round brilliant diamond surrounded by eight additional round brilliant diamonds.

The ring belonged to a family member and has been carefully stored for many years. It has a strong architectural Deco look with excellent finger coverage and presents beautifully when worn.

A 2018 appraisal described the ring as a platinum oval-top filigree diamond ring set with an approximately 0.34 ct round brilliant centre diamond and eight additional round brilliant diamonds with an estimated additional total weight of approximately 0.44 ct (approximately 0.78 ct total diamond weight overall). The appraisal noted colour H and clarity SI2.

The ring was recently checked by an independent jeweller who confirmed the settings are secure. The mounting shows age-related wear consistent with an authentic antique piece, including some softening to fine detail from age and use. Any original markings or hallmarks inside the band are now worn and no longer legible, consistent with the ring’s age and use.
