1987 GI Joe Cobra Techno Viper.
Includes Techno Viper figure, backpack, 4 tools/weapons and one black hose.
Baseplate figure is standing on is not included.
Both elbow joints are cracked (Photos #9,10) but are still tight. All other joints are tight as well.
Figure has some paint loss, most noticeable on head and feet (Photos #11,12).
