Antique 1920’s Original Hubley Cast Iron Race Car  Rare variation

I believe it has been repainted, I don't think what is seen is the original paint.   Also, the wheels on it do not seem original however the axles do. If you look at the last picture carefully you'll see where a part was J.B. Welded.
