This laptop runs great!! Cosmetically it is very clean with hardly a mark on it. The case, touchscreen, palmrest, drive, hinges and the rest are all fine. The Original Windows 10 OS has been freshly clean installed. Plus, I have installed all the latest HP and Microsoft updates. The main battery is reporting over 2 hours of charge.
