Terms of Sale

All our products are sourced and sent directly from Australian distributors. If unfortunately you may receive a defective product, please contact us within 30 days from purchase via ebay messages, and we will rectify the issue immediately. (A replacement or refund will not be issued for misuse or negligence of item). Please note we will request a photo/video of the defective item so we can forward evidence to our supplier. Cost involved in the return of the defective item will be our responsibility. Replacement or refund will be issued once defective item is returned.

For a change of mind, please contact via ebay messages. Return cost is the buyers responsibility, and original postage cost will not be refunded.  Please note: If item had been sent with free shipping a 20% restocking fee will be subtracted from original cost of item. Item must be in original packaging, sealed and unused. Refund will be issued once item is returned to the warehouse.
