I bought the face and neck mask a few months ago and only used a few times. It is in excellent condition. All cords and remote are in excellent also. I decided I just don’t have the discipline to use it on a regular basis. I paid $340 with shipping. I don’t have the plastic formed inserts for the box. It was just easier to put away without them.
