Tested, powers on - transmits and receives. Seems to work as it should, have not calibrated it or worked on it in any way - original condition. Has an automotive power cable attached - couple of worn spots on the cable, wire nutted together on positive side. Personally I'd add an in line fuse before running it in a car, there isn't a fuse built in to the adapter. No mic included, 4 pin configuration. Older 23 channel radio. Scratches and scuffs all around, definitely shows its age a bit.
