Vintage 90s women’s short sleeve button-down shirt blouse by basic editions plus in a 20W size. The shirt is a light blue color with yellow and pink roses all over. Very pretty shirt, no stains and no damage that I can see. This would be a great addition to your vintage wardrobe.
