The buttons are replica's of a 1924 French coin. The words on it translates to Liberty, Equality, Fraternity. Really nice touch. The rowing club detail in the neck is really cool and good quality, as is the whole jacket. Full Zip with a zip pocket on the inside as well. 

I can't find a single listed or sold example of this jacket on the internet at all.
