These are from my 1981 320i with solid, non-vented, rotors.

The pads are worn and should be replaced.

I was able to flush brake fluid through these, the bleed screw was easy to loosen, the fluid wasn’t that dirty, and I was able to stop the car.

That being said, they are old and would probably benefit from being resealed.
