Vintage hot gossip in New York short sleeve button down blouse with polkadots and a floral design. It’s 100% rayon size large no damage no stains. It still has the original shoulder pads. The back is longer than the front for a slight high low design. There is a small abnormality in the print design on the front. Please see photos.
