Believed to be an antique 18th or 19th century reproduction, potentially from Saadi Shirazi’s Gulistan. Nastaʿlīq style calligraphy. This copy could be Mughal, but we are not certain. The paper shows stripes when held up to the light, indicative of antique paper.

The frame is glass on both sides and can be hung as-is, but the frame is vintage and in as-is condition. It is sealed on the back side with black tape. The frame measures about 14" by 10.5". This is not a totally professional frame, but will hang on a wall.
