These are 0.15uF (150nF) self-healing MKP (Metallised Polypropylene) capacitors, made by Iskra.

They are Class X2 and rated at 275VAC, designed for line-to-line mains use, particularly mains suppression.

They are new and unused but have been sat in a bag for many years so selling as "New Old Stock".
