This machine is located in Placentia, California.  Print & Finishing Solutions (PFS) is a new and used equipment dealer and we will make every effort to professionally and ethically represent machinery being sold. 

Warranty:

"Refurbished" products distributed by Print & Finishing Solutions typically include a standard 100-day warranty against defects in parts and/or workmanship unless otherwise mentioned. Extended labor warranties available in most areas. Please contact PFS directly for details.

Guarantee of Satisfaction:

PFS is a professional corporation with nine technicians (20-team members total) and we will make all machinery available for review prior to shipment.  All machinery is available for you to personally, or have a 3rd party, review prior to shipment. If the equipment does not meet your expectations, you will receive a full refund short any previously discussed reimbursement of expenses that PFS may have incurred.

Used product for sale on eBay is hopefully a great deal for you, the buyer. Often, the used product sold by PFS on eBay is generally not from one of our primary lines that we are factory trained and authorized to service unless otherwise mentioned in the listing.  With this said, we will make every effort to assist you with professional support in the purchasing process.  We always encourage you to do your research and buy only machinery that will benefit you and your business.

eBay Listing Specifications:

We make every effort to provide proper listing specifications but in many cases we rely on internet and manufacturer based information, which is always subject to change.  At times when selling product that is not one of our core product lines or an older product, we may not have correct information and so purchasers must do their homework and know what they are buying.  If the purchase justifies a personal or 3^rd party visit, please do so. 

Shipping:

In the majority of our eBay listings we offer a ballpark freight estimate for shipments within the continental USA.  We receive a lot of requests to provide freight quotes and the process is very timely and costly.  When possible, please work with our ballpark estimates for shipments within the continental USA.

If you require a firm freight quote to anyplace in the world, please make your request by sending us an eBay message.  We prefer to provide freight quotes to serious buyers that are willing to provide us their e-mail and physical address.  We will also need to know if you will be receiving the freight at a (1) commercial or residential address, and (2) in the case of larger machinery, if you have a dock or forklift for receiving the freight (do you require a ground level delivery with a lift-gate?).  Generally residential and lift-gate deliveries cost additional.  (3) If you are considering a used piece of machinery, please know that in most cases a crating / packaging fee will apply. 

We ship domestically and worldwide by UPS, UPS Freight, UPS Ocean, FedEx, most common LTL carriers, and though special arrangement with private trucks.  We are also very happy to ship with the carrier of your choice.  If there is a safe and economical way to get the freight to you, we are happy to work with your source.
