Hello. I bought some vintage Harley parts from an estate sale where the man passed away . This fender was one of them it was stored in abasement. I sold a couple others on Ebay . This fender I was told is a custom Harley fender .It is heavy and really beefy looks to be very good steel not that modern black thin junk metal. Definitely not china and it’s vintage metal . Look over the photos good for thats a big part of the description. I don’t know if this was primed or silver paint . I might have the front fender because i have another with this paint cor a much thinner tire but heavy quality .this auction-is for the rear fender
