This is the NTSC-US/C (United States and Canada) release - It won't run on a standard PAL Super Nintendo. I used a Datel Universal Adapter to test this game and there are a few other options avilable.

There are general signs of wear to the cartridge shell and labels, including scratches and marks to the cartridge shell and the front and rear labels. 

Front Label: There is a half-moon shaped rip to the top left and this can be raised to reveal the paper below. There are a variety of marks to the label, such as to the bottom left corner (see image 3).

Rear Label: There are some marks and a little edge wear at a few points (see image 4).

Rear Cartridge Shell: There is yellowing to the top of the cartridge and at various points (see image 4).
