This is an "FLSK-006-300" choke, which I am told was removed from a Reebok "Z9 Run" treadmill (RE1-11920BK).

I believe these are also compatible with the ZR7, ZR8 and One GT40s series of treadmills.

Or in terms of model numbers: RE1-11721PL, RE1-11720WH, RE1-11820BK, RE1-11920BK, RVON-10121BKAR.

(Please check compatibility though before purchasing.)

These are sometimes referred to as transformers since they look identical, but they are actually chokes for noise suppression.

At the time of listing I also have the drive motor from the same treadmill listed separately.
