This is the outfit that was sold with the 1997 Dr Ken and Little Patient Tommy doll set. I will be listing Tommy's outfit in another listing. You will receive all items as shown. The Dr. Ken shirt does have some tiny stains that I took close up photos of. The clipboard has signs of wear as well. Again see close up photo. Other than that there are no issues.
