My plants will be supplied well rooted and ready
for immediate planting out. My plants are hard grown i.e. grown outside
as soon as they have developed a strong enough root system to survive.
This makes them stronger, healthier & more weather tolerant plants than
those which have been grown on rapidly in artificial conditions in a greenhouse
or polytunnel.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE SALE
Please note: Photographs are for illustrative
purposes only (your plants may not be at the same stage as on the photograph
i.e. some of my plants are herbaceous and naturally die back during the
Autumn/Winter: meaning that plants sent during the winter months are in many
cases dormant roots with little or no foliage - this is normal may not be in
flower depending on their flowering season). If you require a photograph prior
to posting please ask for this when ordering and we will be happy to send you
one.
RETURNS / REFUND POLICY
Plants received damaged will be replaced provided
they are returned in original packing, prior to returning items we will require
photographic proof of damage of both plant and packaging. Plants are living
perishable items and are therefore at the mercy of local weather conditions and
the general aftercare given by the buyer. We will presume that you are happy
with your purchase unless we hear otherwise within 7 days of purchase. We
cannot entertain complaints regarding plants weeks/months after purchase. Please
do not purchase if you are unhappy with any of these terms and conditions.
