Experience 'The Odyssey' from an entirely new perspective. In her reimagining, Madeline Miller brings the enigmatic Circe - a misunderstood goddess and a powerful sorceress - into the spotlight, transforming this male-centred classic into a bold, feminine adventure.

For this special illustrated edition, The Folio Society partnered with Julie Dillon, the brilliant artist behind the Folio edition of 'The Song of Achilles' (also in stock), to design a book worthy of a goddess, with a slipcase inspired by Greek black-figure pottery and six gorgeous illustrations featuring Circe in all her glory and capturing every shimmering spell and heartbreak.

This stunning new Folio edition is bound in cloth, printed and blocked with a design by the artist. 408 pages. 5 colour illustrations including one double-page spread. Black-and-white title page illustration. Gilded top edge. Printed slipcase. 9½'' x 6¼''. Printed and bound in Germany.
