Compared to P-TYPE solar cells, N-TYPE solar cells add an advanced Industrial Tunnel Oxide Passivated Contact to the back of ordinary solar cells, this advanced technology allows the majority carrier to pass and restrains the minority carrier, so absorbs more light, making it low resistance loss and high voltage.
