This is for the Woody Woodpecker cartoon titled Well Oiled on 8MM film from Castle Films. This is #493.  The film's header confirms the title (see picture), so this is the correct film for this box.  One side of box has a McCurry Foto Co (which was located in Sacramento) price sticker.  The other side has some litho off in the corner (see pictures).  Reel is clean and the print appears to be clean as well.
