The Oakville™ is a deluxe Gas Fireplace Insert offering the same quality features as the Oakville™ and includes exclusive NIGHT LIGHT™ detail that radiates a warm glow throughout the room, even when the fireplace is off. This unit has an exclusive dual burner split-flow system that results in a firebox filled with a stunning triple flame pattern and allows the option of independently operating the front and rear burners. Installation is simpler, with the ability to slide the firebox all the way to the back of the existing fireplace opening. The Oakville™ provides additional BTU's for added heat. Directional baffles increase airflow to help drive the heat throughout your home for maximum efficiency. The perfect solution for replacing and updating an inefficient old masonry setting.

Domestic Shipping
We offer FREE SHIPPING of all our product for anything of value over $499. We can ship to virtually any address in all lower 48 states, Alaska and Hawaii will be extra fees. If you are in a remote area or a location not accessible by a large freight truck their will be additional charges or we can arrange you pick the product up at the local terminal.
International Shipping
For any international sales we can ship to a international shipping terminal in the lower 48 states arranged by you and from there you are responsible for the shipping and the product. Once received at the shipping terminal we are no longer responsible for any damage that could occur after.
Returns
- If you need to return an item you may do so within 30 days of the product's delivery.
- The product must be in new, unused condition, and must be returned in the original packaging.
- Please note that built to order items, and custom made items are not eligible to return for any reason.
- All returns must be arranged with us and be assigned a Return Authorization (RA) number
- Our items ship from multiple warehouses and it is essential that they are returned to the proper location.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to return the product to the correct warehouse in new condition and in the original packaging. For this reason, we strongly suggest that you obtain a tracking number for the returning item(s) and purchase shipping insurance.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery with a 20% restocking fee and return shipping is your responsibility. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
