Antique or Vintage Cast Iron Monitor Water Well Cap, Made in the USA.
The Cap opening is 5 inches across which should fit tightly on an 5 inch OD casing. Inside the 5 inch opening is a rubber seal that looks to be in good condition... NO cracks, NO repairs.
There's a gasket between the two pieces that may have to be replaced... you be the judge.
The green paint shows wear in places. The new owner will need three more bolts to complete the assembly.
The Well Cap weighs 13 pounds, 2 ounces.
Well Cap has been sitting on a shelf for years. Sold as is untested.
