What does FLAT MEASURED mean? We measure the garment laying flat so we are only measuring the front width. For the entire approximate measurement of the garment around the waist, around the bodice, etc, double the measurement listed. Measure around your doll with a flexible tape measure for the best results. For example, a 4 inch flat measured waist is approximately 8 inches around the entire garment, so a doll of no bigger than an 8 inch waist could wear that item.

All props, furniture, backgrounds, doll modeling item for auction unless specified as part of the auction/or the auction item, mannequins, doll stands, etc are NOT for sale.

SHIPPING Q & A

Notice: USPS increased their rates on July 13, 2025 and again on October 5, 2025, and again in January 2026, and raising AGAIN in April 2026!  Farmhouse Favorites has discontinued its handling fee and gone to a flat shipping charge of $6.00 (USPS would be a minimum of $7.98) for orders 1-4 oz. Orders over 4 oz will be charged USPS calculated rates.

We ship calculated USPS shipping. USPS rules state if the mailer is over 1/4 of an inch thick it is considered a package. Package dimensions, package weight, and the zone of the shipping destination are all figured into the postage pricing system and is automatically figured by the USPS/Ebay system. Any package larger than about 14 inches triggers an automatic large package tier of pricing. 

COMBINED SHIPPING

We combine shipping on orders. PLEASE tell us if you're still shopping with a NOTE on your purchases (combined orders must occur within 24 hours to ensure making it into one package). Without a note your item will be packed very quickly and once packed cannot be combined with something else (the same employees that check messages are not the same packing items so a message may not be seen in time -- please use the NOTE section when ordering).

Combined shipping involves repacking your items into a single mailer, weighing and measuring the package, entering the shipping info into the Ebay calculated shipping system (integrated with the USPS system).

Your savings comes from the reduction in the weight of the package due to shipping 1 mailer opposed to X mailers.

TO COMBINE SHIPPING: put everything in the cart, buy it now, and we will REFUND THE SHIPPING OVERAGE once we pack/calculate your purchases. This is the only way for shops with buy it now/pay immediately to combine shipping.

NOTE: OFFERS that we send out must be accepted and paid for individually. You cannot put offers into a cart. We will combine shipping and refund overage if you are accepting multiple offers. Pay attention to the expiration on your offer. When offers expire they revert back to the original sale price.
