Aged for a minimum of three years - first in 300-litre Limousin oak casks, then transferred to German oak barrels. This dual-wood approach draws colour, aroma and depth from the wood.

On the nose there is ripe plum and dark berry fruits, lifted by a gentle floral note and hints of vanilla from the oak maturation.
The palate is mild and sweetly rounded, with a harmonious bouquet of ripe grapes, soft nougat and caramel. Subtle oak spice provides structure, while flavours of plum and walnut add complexity. The texture is smooth and velvety.
The finish is medium-length and gently warming, with lingering notes of dark chocolate, toasted nuts and delicate fruit sweetness.
