Here is an Antique Duffner & Kimberly  Fish Scale leaded glass chandelier which was made between 1905-1914, when Duffner & Kimberly was in business.  Duffner & Kimberly was a rival of Tiffany, and produced beautiful table lamps, floor lamps and chandeliers, which were considered on a par with Tiffany's lamps. Unfortunately, a ware house fire led to the demise of the company.  It was reopened under different ownership, but never made leaded glass lamps again. This chandelier is known as a fish scale design for obvious reasons. It has a solid brass top, and housing. There are several pieces with tight hairline cracks along the bottom, which is very common with old leaded glass fixtures. There are no pieces missing or loose. The colors are predominantly earth tones. Lamp measures 27" in diameter and 18" tall to the top of top. It comes with a heavy brass chain that can be adjusted to fit your needs. This is truly a piece of art made by a very reputable company from the turn of the century. I have the names of several professional shippers that can accommodate safe delivery.
