The meter comes just as photos show it- I have used it and it worked well.  Note- see the "fuse" in back- I do not believe this is original- likely someone added this as an easy way to change blown fuses...   ??  Also, when the rubber backing is not on the battery cover is loose and may fall off.  Neither of the mentioned are an issue when using this with the rubber protector in place.
