Note these are not LEDs but actual Halogen Bulbs - ignore the D rating on the packaging, new regulations have redefined these so they come in now at lowest level G rating.

This is New Old Stock - this means that the bulbs are brand new unused in their original packaging, but the packaging may be slightly worn - see photos for typical condition of the packaging. This is usual for these type of old-style bulbs which are no longer manufactured - once they're gone, they're gone!
