DESCRIPTION: ANTIQUE Bronze Table Lamp base Marked Segar Studios, NY (Possibly RARE "unsigned, before he started signing stuff" Designer: Oscar Bruno Bach) Slim Twisted bronze stem, Pierced bronze base. The base, stem, finial, are bronze & the stained glass soldering between glass panels and trim of shade coordinate with brronze base! A lovely piece of history, to be sure!

Art Deco Frank Lloyd Wright-Style Murano Stained Glass geomeric shade has label model no.V023 but no shade maker mark is apparent (I am not certrain this shade is original to the Segar Lamp base ). The Art Deco stained glass shade is NOT marked Tiffany, as far as I can see, but Segar Studios worked with them---so maybe? or certainly inspired by! Its bronze trim/solder look a similar age of patina.

MCM re-corded & works! But could use an updated cord for safety.

CONDITION🦋🌟: really lovely, especially for age and purpose - the bronze has patinad naturally and is tarnished -- this of course makes it obviously ANTIQUE too, -- I am not sure a "shine" will return if polished/nor would i recommend it . It was rewired a while ago and works - but it might feel better to have it freshly wired, takes a normal bulb! No damage to art deco stained glass - soldering is tight. NO breaks, cracks, missing parts), a few small time-related very fine, barely able to see dimples, hazy clear spots, barely there scritches/scrapes, but nothing that deters from its timeless beauty and authenticity.

The finial is simple bronze art deco -- not Bachs usual flamboyance....yet it allows it to fit into any style of decor. It had a cozy home in my art nouveau/bohemian eclectic decor.
