Note that Near Mint does not mean perfect; near mint cards can have up to a few minor imperfections. We do not promise Mint or Gem Mint, unless the listing specifies so in the condition description.

• All orders must be paid within 3 days of winning or they will be cancelled and relisted.
• We do not cancel bids - therefore, please bid responsibly and carefully.
• Buyers who request cancellations of auction winnings will lose their buying privileges with us.
• We do not accept returns for damages or defects that are described OR shown in photos. Returns opened despite this will result in loss of buying privileges.
• As per the industry standard, cards that are listed as Near Mint are allowed up to a few minor factory defects. Buyers we suspect of abusing the returns process in an attempt to fish for gem mint cards will lose their buying privileges.
