Shipping
Shipping
is free for all orders within continental United States. Please make
sure that your shipping address is correct when placing the order.
Higher-end orders will require a signature, so please specify an address
which you can be available to receive the package and sign for it.
Orders generally ship within 1 business days from when payment has
cleared. Your tracking number will be emailed to you once shipped.
Orders that ship free will go at standard speed which is usually 3-5
Business Days, but can sometimes take longer (NOT guaranteed to be
delivered by a certain date), if you want guaranteed options please pay
for expedited shipping.
International Shipping
Go-Luxury
does not assess duties for an international orders, furthermore
International orders are subject to applicable customs, and import
duties and taxes, which are the sole responsibility of you the
customer. Please contact your local customs office for details.
Payments
We
require immediate payment on all orders. We will only ship to a
confirmed PayPal address. All duties and taxes are the sole
responsibility of the purchaser. Contact your local customs office prior
to purchasing for information and an estimate of duties and taxes. We
cannot ship as gift or at a false value. All international orders
returned to us because the delivery was refused or the duties and or
taxes were not paid will be charged a 20% restocking fee.
Returns
We
always strive to provide its customers with the highest quality of
service. We ask that you contact us if there are any imperfections or
discrepancies within 24 hours of receipt of the product.
If you are
not completely satisfied with the item you have purchased, you may
return it within 14 days from the date of purchase. Please note the
following conditions apply:
Shipping charges will not be refunded.
If
the original shipping is FREE , the following $12.00 would be deducted
from the total refund to cover the original shipping cost incurred.
All
returned items must be received in original, new condition with their
original box and all paperwork intact. Items must be unaltered with the
manufacturer tags, serial numbers and protective stickers also intact.
Please note that we will not accept any items with scratches, marks,
blemishes or if the security tag has been removed, tampered with or
altered in any manner.
