Changed out our system so we're no longer using this, worked good, had for years, if you use simplysafe good little addition makes things easy for in and outs... What's in the picture is what you get... Notice the little keypad holder I'm holding up in a picture and have a close up on where there's a chip in the plastic, this happened when I replaced the battery once and I just put some double sided tape on it after that to hold it... FYI, because it needs something to hold the bottom part of the keypad part, doesn't need much though, worked fine and sat perfectly with a little double sided spongy tape at the bottom there... Hopefully that makes sense.
