At Bits4Blokes we partner with Australia Post to ship your items, both standard postage and express. Orders are shipped Next Business Day when ordered before midnight AEST. you will receive a tracking number once they are shipped which will become active usually after 24 hours on the Australia Post Tracker or eBay Tracker.

Please note that by purchasing more than 1 wheel or tyre you acknowledge that whilst the entire order is shipped at the same time, sometimes they are split up by Australia Post and are delivered separately. eBay will mark the entire order as delivered as soon as the 1st item is delivered. The tracking information will show each individual item separately in different tabs.

Express Post is a faster service, but items are still shipped Next Business Day!

At Bits4Blokes we provide some of the highest quality products available on the market, however sometimes things do go wrong and we're always here to help where we can, and within Australian Consumer Law rights. Whilst standard warranty timeframes differ by brand and product, please check the listings for more specific information.

Wheels in general are covered by a lifetime structual guarantee, which does not include impact damage or misuse. 

Tyres in general are covered by a pro-rata warranty where manufacturing defects are confirmed. i.e. if you have 30% of usable tread life remaining, then you will be covered for 30% of your original purchase price (excluding freight paid). Motorsport tyres have specific warranty exclusions - please refer to the listings for details

At Bits4Blokes we accept "Change of Mind" returns up to 30 days from puchase, provided that the items have not been used, installed, damaged, scratched or anything that would stop us from re-selling the item(s). Items must also be in original packaging that are also not damaged.

As per the specific information on Wheel listings - dry fitment checks before tyres are installed are an industry standard. "If you fit it or mount it your own it!".

PLEASE contact us before starting a return to ensure the item is returned to the correct location (eBay only allows us to upload 1 location, which might be a different state to where the item came from!)
