Antique Carriage clock. 1850 -1920 although design looks arts & crafts or even art-deco.
It could be English, but no obvious makers mark. Good quality movement.
Beveled front glass with white enamel face and black roman numerals.
Alarm dial at the bottom. Bell located in the base.
Cylinder Platform escapement seen through beveled viewing glass.
Clock working well & keeping good time.
