Here we have a wonderful antique metal wall hanging crucifix. The photos don't do this justice whatsoever, this is a beautiful decorative ecclesiastical object that would date to around the 1920's or 30's. It was purchased from an antiques market whilst away in Brussels recently. It's predominantly made of a bronzed tone metal background with brass INRI cross to the foreground which has inscribed leaf details. There are several beautiful deco angular details to each point of the cross. The Jesus figure is also brass and has red-orange enamel painted details to the crown. It measures just over 8.5 inches by 5 inches weighing a little under 500g.
