This is the small woodgrain piece to the driver side door on a Dodge Ram. This is OEM part L0099506AA, pulled from a 2006 Dodge Ram 1500 donor vehicle. LHS

Fitment Note:

Cab Configuration: Fits Quad Cab and Mega Cab front doors.

This trim is heat-staked (melted plastic pins) onto the door panel from the factory. If you are replacing it, you will typically need to grind off the old plastic "welds" on your door panel and use a plastic epoxy or a soldering iron to secure the new piece in place.
