Vintage Paring Knife with Carbon Steel Blade & Wood Handle Made by Robeson Cutlery Company
In 1879, Millard F. Robeson founded Robeson Cutlery Company, Inc. in Elmira, New York.
This knife has the blade hand forged from the fine carbon steel, tempered uniformly, and hardened in oil to achieve greater toughness providing the long-lasting keen edge cut-ability. The blade is thin, sharp, and very easy to sharpen. The handle is secured with rivets to sure fitting to make it both easy and comfortable to use.
No postcard included.
