Overseas buyers sometimes encounter purchase blocks ? usually a retry, switching from phone to PC, or signing in on the UK eBay site resolves it. If you have any issues, please get in touch.
Returns
If the item does not match the description or is faulty, returns are accepted within 14 days. Buyer pays return postage unless item is "not as described". All items are tested before shipping, so issues are rare, but I will always work with you to resolve any problems.
Serial numbers and identifying markings are recorded prior to dispatch to prevent return fraud. Returned items must match the original unit supplied.
