Purchased new at retail store when released. I hooked it up once to see, and its been in the box on a shelf ever since. Please see pics, everything is like new. All items are fully intact and it includes all the exclusive overlay cards mentioned. Please also make sure you know what you are buying and have a monitor or old tv that this can be hooked up to (see pics of cabling).

On the pic of the front of the unit you can see a grayish spot in the middle, this is in the plastic and was there when i got it, I dont think there is a removable film on it but not sure.

On the pic of the overlay cards, the set of two on the left has one card with some kind of bubbling effect probably from age. It looks like the shiney cover is peeling, again might be a film you can remove it but Im not going to try.
