Raindrip R672CT Battery Operated Electronic Analog Water Timer READ!!!

NOTE: This   Raindrip R672CT Battery Operated Electronic Analog Water Timer  was received in an auction lot, so I'm not aware of its entire history.  But what I can tell you from my current observation is this: First, the item did not arrive in the standard packaging. Secondly, there is a smell off water coming from the inside of the timer, so it appears that it has been used.      Please examine the pictures and if there is anything that I might have missed, please feel free to let me know.     NO RETURNS!!!!
