Plant can be planted into the garden directly. Where it receives good morning sun, and well draining soil. Protect new growth from frost.

Or they do well well in pots too.

In autumn once leaves dry up much plant for the first few years until it's established.

Please keep in mind that Cypripedium orchids flowers can have a lot of variations on flower colours. The more light and cooler night temperatures it gets while growing the more red the flowers will be. And plants that was grown indoors in lower light and warmth had pale pink colour.
