A vintage Parker ball pen (click pen).  Navy blue matte finish with gold color arrow clip and trim.  Has a Parker 71E ink refill in it which works, but on the dry side.  A narrower pen, about 5/16" wide.  Has light wear from use.  In the last photo, on the lower end of the cap, there's a P with an arrow beside it, but the inside of the P is missing its blue paint.  No box or paperwork, just the pen as pictured.
