■ Shipping & Delivery
- We use DHL, FedEx, or UPS to deliver to the address registered on eBay.
- The delivery address cannot be changed after payment.
- We are unable to ship to U.S. Military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO).
- Handling Time: We inspect products thoroughly before shipping, so it may take a few days from your order to shipment.
■ Inventory Status (Please Note)
- Since products are also sold in our physical stores in Japan, there may be cases where items are out of stock after you place an order. We ask for your understanding in advance.
■ Customs & Duties
- Prices listed do not include shipping, import duties, and taxes.
- General Rule: Import duties, taxes, and charges are the buyer's responsibility.
- No Undervaluation: We cannot mark items as "gifts" or declare amounts lower than the actual price.
- Exception (eBay Tax Collection): If eBay collects taxes at checkout (e.g., for specific regions or amounts under $2,500), you do not need to pay those specific taxes again upon delivery.
- Over $2,500 / Non-Collected Regions: For high-value items or regions where eBay does not collect taxes, carriers may collect customs duties upon delivery. These are strictly the buyer's responsibility.
■ Return Policy
- For returns due to personal reasons (e.g., size mismatch, change of mind) or package refusal, the buyer is responsible for all return-related costs, including shipping and duties.
- We cannot accept returns if the item has been used after arrival.
■ Precautions for Watches (Please Read)
- Condition: "New/Unused" refers to the watch head itself, not the accessories. Leather straps or boxes may have slight aging or wrinkles from storage.
- Accuracy: Timekeeping is measured while the watch is lying flat. Actual accuracy may vary depending on posture, temperature, and mainspring winding.
- Water Resistance: We test for daily life water resistance but cannot guarantee factory-new performance. Please treat used watches with care. Some models are non-waterproof.
- Vintage Characteristics: For vintage models, patina on the dial, hands, or markers is part of the character and not a defect.
- CITES (Export Restrictions):
- Straps made from restricted materials (e.g., crocodile) cannot be exported and will be removed before shipping.
- Watches with Mother-of-Pearl (Shell) dials cannot be shipped due to CITES restrictions.
■ Exclusions from Responsibility (Terms of Sale)
Even within the return period, we are not responsible for the following cases:
- Misuse & Accidents: Damage caused by impact, dropping, magnetization, or improper handling.
- Consumables: Depletion or wear of parts such as batteries, leather straps, gaskets, and spring bars.
- Cosmetic Changes: Scratches on the case, crystal, or bracelet, or discoloration of the dial occurring after delivery.
- Unauthorized Repair: Any issues arising after the case back has been opened, repaired, or modified by a third party. (Opening the watch voids our responsibility).
- Natural Disasters: Damage caused by fire, earthquakes, or floods.
- Vintage Nature: Unexpected mechanical issues due to age. By purchasing, you acknowledge that pre-owned/vintage watches are delicate and may require future maintenance at your expense.
