Please make sure you have a working control unit installed in the vehicle prior to ordering this remote control. Programming instructions are included with the package and will require accessing your valet/programming switch. Video instructions will be available on our YouTube page under remote controls.

The Valet/Programming Switch is either the push-button that is on the windshield mounted antenna or is a black push-button hidden under your dashboard that the technician should have showed you when the system was installed. In some cases on the older systems it is a combination push-button and LED light. If you can't find it, you will have to look under the drivers side dash for the system brain. On the side of the brain is a blue 2 pin port that has a thin gauge grey wire and a black wire. Follow those wires to you end into the pushbutton. This is the button that will need accessed to program your remote controls. Is the blue port empty? Then you will need to purchase the valet/programming switch CLICK HERE TO PURCHASE IN OUR STORE

Programming Your Remote Control

Note: Make sure the system is disarmed, and the LED is off a minimum of 60-seconds prior to beginning the remote pairing process.

1. Turn the ignition ON.
2. Within 10-seconds, press and release the valet and programming button three times. The siren/horn (if connected) sounds to confirm the system is ready for pairing.
3. Press the "LOCK" button of the transmitter. The vehicles horn/siren will honk if connected. You have now successfully learned the remote to the vehicles remote start system.
4. Turn the ignition OFF and WAIT approximately 60 seconds.

PRESTIGE – PURSUIT INDIVIDUAL CHANNEL LEARNING FOR OLDER SYSTEMS

NOTES

• It is important to remember that during programming, each individual step of the procedure must be executed within 15 seconds of the previous step.
• When the 15 second time limit is allowed to expire, the system will automatically terminate the programming mode. This is indicated by a long chirp from the siren/horn if connected.
• Additionally, the system will store codes from up to four different transmitters.
• If a 5th transmitter is programmed to any receiver channel, then the first transmitter programmed to that channel will be erased from the system's memory.
• Some systems may use a combination push-button LED switch. In these systems the push-button and the dash mounted LED are one and the same.

TO PROGRAM REPLACEMENT OR ADDITIONAL TRANSMITTERS:

1. Enter the vehicle and turn the ignition key to the "on" position.
2. Press and release the valet push-button switch 3 times.
3. The dash LED will flash one time, and the siren/horn (if connected) will beep one time, indicating the system is ready to accept programming for receiver's Lock channel 1.
4. Press and hold the Lock transmitter button until the siren/horn emits a long beep, indicating the signal has been stored into memory.
5. If you have additional transmitters (up to 4) that need to be programmed, repeat step 4 for each transmitter.
6. Press and release the valet push-button switch once.
7. The dash LED will flash two times, and the siren/horn (if connected) will beep two times, indicating the system is ready to accept programming for receiver's Unlock channel 2.
8. Press and hold the Unlock transmitter button until the siren/horn emits a long beep, indicating the signal has been stored into memory.
9. If you have additional transmitters (up to 4) that need to be programmed, repeat step 8 for each transmitter.
10. Press and release the valet push-button switch once.
11. The dash LED will flash three times, and the siren/horn (if connected) will beep three times, indicating the system is ready to accept programming for receiver's channel 3.
12. Press and hold the selected Option transmitter button until the siren/horn emits a long beep, indicating the signal has been stored into memory.
13. If you have additional transmitters (up to 4) that need to be programmed, repeat step 12 for each transmitter.
14. Press and release the valet push-button switch once.
15. The dash LED will flash four times, and the siren/horn (if connected) will beep four times, indicating the system is ready to accept programming for receiver's channel 4.
16. Press and hold any button combination IE; OPT 1, OPT 2 until the siren/horn (if connected) emits a long beep, indicating the signal has been stored into memory.
17. If you have additional transmitters (up to 4) that need to be programmed, repeat step 16 for each transmitter.
18. Press and release the valet push-button switch once.
19. The dash LED will flash five times, and the siren/horn (if connected) will beep five times, indicating the system is ready to accept programming for receiver's channel 5.
20. Press and hold any button combination IE; OPT 1, OPT 2 until the siren/horn (if connected) emits a long beep, indicating the signal has been stored into memory.
21. If you have additional transmitters (up to 4) that need to be programmed, repeat step 20 for each transmitter.
22. Turn the ignition key off. The siren/horn will emit one short beep followed by one long beep indicating the system has terminated the program mode.

General Shipping Policies

We currently ship to over 180 Countries Worldwide!

We ship directly to buyers. We will ship only to a customer's own private shipping address. We cannot ship to freight forwarders, mail forwarders or any forwarding agent. Packages of high value require a signature upon delivery (in accordance with PayPal & Credit Card processor requirements). Please make sure you are at the ship to address to sign for the package. In order to ship your package we will need to provide the carrier with a working phone number. please send us an updated phone number with your address. We usually ship within 1-3 business days of receiving cleared payment. Please note that weekends & holidays are not business days. This processing time is required for all shipments, Express as well as standard.

The carrier will send the package back to us after 3 unsuccessful attempts to deliver; if this happens you will be charged additional shipping charge of double the shipping cost (the cost of shipping back and forth). You cannot choose the carrier and we cannot use the customer's account to ship an item. We cannot reroute a shipment after it has left the warehouse or add special instructions notes for the carrier. Please make sure that someone is available to sign for your package at the ship-to address if it is required. If your package was damaged during transit a claim needs to be filed with the carrier. You must keep the box and all packing material for the carrier to inspect. Please contact us if you have questions.

If a package has been delayed by customs please contact your local authorities for further information. Customs delays, if occur, are not part of stated delivery times.

Returns

We are committed to providing each customer with the highest standard of customer service. If there is any problem with the item please contact us through eBay. We solve all issues!

Before returning an item you must contact us through eBay to obtain a return approval (RMA number) or call us during business hours 10am - 4pm (EST) M-F. If you ship an item back to us without contacting us first, we will have to refuse the package & it will be returned to you. New items can be returned for a money refund or a replacement (it is your choice).

Returned items are reviewed by us upon receiving them and must be sent back to us in exactly the same condition as they were sent to you. All items must be in the exact same condition as we sent them and in original unopened boxes. All internal packing materials, instruction manuals and all additional items and accessories must also be included and in the original condition. Do not make any marking on the manufacturer box, and do not use it as a shipping box - put the items in an additional carton for shipping.

Manufacture defective items (or DOA) must be reported within 4 days of the date of delivery. We will replace the reported items with new ones. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. 

Refusing a delivery is not an acceptable way to return it. All returns must be pre-approved. Refused packages will be treated as an unauthorized return and will be charged 10% restocking fee + double the shipping cost (the carrier is charging us for both ways). Make sure we authorized your return.

Restocking fee of 10% for handling and processing will be charge for returning new items that meet the above policies. Any item that does not meet the above conditions is not eligible for a return.
