Negative-Polarity Control / Positive-Pole Control: In a positive-pole delay module, the positive pole is disconnected when the module is turned off. Compared to traditional negative-pole delay modules, the positive-pole version offers broader applicability. For example, in scenarios requiring common-ground control, negative-pole modules cannot be used because disconnecting the power supply simultaneously disconnects the negative pole (i.e., the ground wire), which can prevent communication in applications with communication functions. However, positive-pole modules do not have this issue;
1. Operating Mode 1: Power-on off, button-on, automatic delay-off mode; in this mode, pressing the delay button turns the device on, and it automatically turns off after the delay period.
2. Operating Mode 2: Power-on on, automatic delay-off mode; in this mode, pressing the delay button turns the device back on, and it automatically turns off after the delay period.
3. Operating Mode 3: Power-on off, automatic delay-on mode; in this mode, pressing the delay button turns the module off again, and it automatically turns on after a delay
There are two main modes: Operating Mode and Setup Mode
I. Operating Mode: Operating Mode is divided into Modes 1, 2, and 3 (see the descriptions above). While the module is timing, the indicator light flashes once every second;
1. In operating mode, a short press of the delay button starts the delay. If the delay button is pressed again before the previous delay has ended, the delay time is reset; a long press of the delay button has no effect;
2. A short press of the setup button has no effect (to prevent accidental activation); hold the setup button for 3 seconds, and after the indicator light stays on for 1 second, the module enters setup mode;
1. Regardless of the mode, the Settings button always has the highest priority. Pressing and holding it for 3 seconds will interrupt the current operation and force entry into Setup Mode. If already in Setup Mode, pressing and holding for 3 seconds will force exit from Setup Mode and return to Operating Mode;
2. Only one set of delay time can be saved; this time is shared across all three modes;
3. Pressing two buttons simultaneously during operation is an invalid action.
