BT30 unpowered spindle with cylinder assembly, product has been iteratively upgraded. We are now shipping and installing one 5M double-layer integrated variable speed synchronous wheel, and another 5M
The double-layer integrated variable speed synchronous wheel is installed on the motor with an inner diameter of 19mm and comes with a belt.
The standard version does not include motor brackets and belts.
Equipped with BT30ER20 tool holder without ER clamp, it can be used for heavy cutting processes such as drilling, tapping, flying cutting, milling, etc.
Shaft heat treatment, ultra-high hardness, fully ground, housing made of 7075 aluminum alloy, spindle with integrated spindle seat, suitable for home computers, mini machines, microcomputers, and achieving automatic tool change function.
Mainly used for rough machining: drilling, tapping, milling heads, milling and other heavy cutting, not suitable for precision machining.
